Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Steskal to discuss your health concerns and treatment options. This visit is designed for Dr. Steskal to learn more about you and your condition and let you know what to expect on your road to wellness.

Examination

Dr. Steskal will perform a complete chiropractic healthcare examination, testing your reflexes and flexibility. He will also perform standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical tests. Your initial visit is free with the coupon on our home page.

X-Ray

Depending on your specific condition, X-Rays may be required in order to provide Dr. Steskal with a complete view of your spinal condition and alert him of any serious conditions requiring attention.

Exam Report

After reviewing the information Dr. Steskal has gathered during your initial exam, he will share with you a detailed report and recommend a treatment plan designed specific to your condition. This will include a schedule of how often treatment will be required as well as cost and insurance options.

Treatment

At the conclusion of the initial assessment, Dr. Steskal will administer your first treatment session. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy and soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive and you are encouraged to ask questions in order that you may fully understand the benefits of your chiropractic treatment.

Wellness Program

Prior to leaving, Dr. Steskal will suggest a schedule for your wellness program. This may also include procedures in addition to your chiropractic treatment such as ice or heat application instructions, activities to avoid, home exercise and stretching.
